  Lease of the Fenzian System: We offer a minimum 12 month renewable lease at $250.00 per month. Additional charge of $250 applies for every 50 hours of usage.

PAYMENT POLICY
Payment for the Basic Education Course will be at Eumedic published prices current as of the date of registration. All payments, whether by credit card, check or transferable course credit must be received no later than 48 hours prior to the start date of the course.

CANCELLATION POLICY*

CANCELLATIONS: All notices of cancellation must be received either by email (info@fenziansport.com) or phone (480-659-2211). Cancellations received at least 7 days in advance of the course will be entitled to full refund. For cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the course start date, Eumedic will refund the cancelling party the full refund minus a $100 service fee.

TRANSFERABLE COURSE CREDITS: If you must cancel attendance at a course, and would like to transfer the training course fee to a future course, this can be done without penalty up to 7 days before the course. If you would like to transfer to a future course LESS than 7 days before the start date of the course, we are pleased to do so for an additional fee of $100. Re-scheduling privileges using existing course credit are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of cancellation.

PRICE CHANGES: Eumedic reserves the right to periodically change pricing. If you are registered for a training course at the time of a price change, your fees will not change unless there is a credit due. If you have a course credit on file and the price of the course has increased since you purchased it, you will be responsible for the difference in price in order to attend that course.

* Eumedic, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel, or change the date or site for the training. Eumedic may also substitute training personnel, but all substitute instructors will be qualified according to the company’s standard to teach the course. In the event of cancellation by Eumedic , all registrants will receive a full refund for course fees received by Eumedic . Eumedic is not be responsible for any other loss, travel or otherwise, incurred by the registrant as a result of either cancellation or change.
